Newnorth is the name, well known to all Ontario Rhythmic Sport fans, as it is one of the clubs with the longest tradition in western Ontario. Newnorth history goes back into the year of 1993 as having continuous success in Rhythmic Gymnastics.
As an affiliated group with the city of Mississauga and Mississauga's leading Rhythmic Gymnastics Club for over 25 years, we have continuously been recognized in our community for providing and excelling at the highest level of recreational and competitive rhythmic gymnastics programs at the state of the arts facility Paramount Fine Foods Centre (former Hershey Sport Zone). Maintenance of continuous successes at home as well as on the international arena are a consequence of devoted professional work in all fields of the club's activities. For several years, a remarkable professional team of excellent trainers have been working with our girls. Our competitors are being raised by a wide circle of coaches from the club with correspondent professional education who have led them into the Canadian top of rhythmic gymnastics. As we are trying to prevail and improve the level of work and successes in the club and make rhythmic gymnastics popular - a girl's sport which develops also psychophysical capacities at the same time, elegant appearance, moving, music and aesthetic expression, stimulating also emotional and phantasy expression of young girls - we are also active in the field of promotion and marketing.
With our high level coaching expertise, state of the art facility and elite level training, our gymnasts succeed at Provincial, National and International competitions.
In recognition of this non-profit organization for its contribution to the community, Newnorth RGC is sponsored by the Ontario Trillium Foundation to help strengthen fundamentals of this leading Rhythmic Gymnastics club in Mississauga.

Our Ultimate GOAL
Our goal is to help girls of all ages reach their full potential – whether in Recreational or Competitive. We believe that with the right coaches and the right training every girl can reach the stars. We care greatly about all the girls in our community and we aim to provide a positive, healthy environment in which every girl can get fit, have fun and excel at any age and level. We teach each girl with love and passion, in hopes that they will become passionate about Rhythmic Gymnastics and create positive memories that will last them a lifetime. |

Our Competitive and Pre-Competitive teams train up to 6 days a week at the State of the Arts Sports facility, the Paramount Fine Foods Centre. Equipped with a full size Mitufa beige carpet, a 35 ft. ceiling with no obstructions and a gorgeous Ballet Room with multiple mirrors and fitness equipment, this World Class facility is the perfect place for World Class Level training.
